SAP HCM ABAP DEVELOPER

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking HR ABAP developers for both onsite and offsite projects. Must be a self starter and have the ability to deliver. Must be adept in understanding functional and technical requirements associated with SAP HR ABAP.
AspireHR is willing to training the right candidate in the newest SAP technologies including Web Dynpro for ABAP, BSPs and XI as well as the latest modules including E-Recruiting, Career & Succession Planning, LSO, Performance Management and Compensation Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems
- Participate in user functional and technical specification creation.
- Prepare unit test plan and data, and perform unit/program testing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have 2-5 years of in-depth SAP HR ABAP Experience
- Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
- Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support
- Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of HR configuration or experience in functional role
- Experience with Netweaver, XI, OO ABAP, BSP, Web Dynpro for ABAP.
- Experience leading and managing small modules and teams in at least 2 end to end SAP implementations
- Ability to mentor other developers on the team
EDUCATION:
BS or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
