Senior SAP HR Software Developer (Plano, TX)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Are you passionate about working on SAP HCM Software Solutions that have an immediate and visible impact on the SAP industry? Does working the latest SAP HCM modules and technologies sound exciting?
AspireHR is looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented SAP HCM Solution Architect to play a key role in designing and developing our suite of SAP HCM specific software solutions. The qualified individual must possess strong SAP development skills along with a passion for building solutions to customer needs and an open and innovative mind to learn new technologies and use new tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Solution Architect, you will research and understand product requirements such as target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues for AspireHR’s suite of SAP HCM Solutions. You will be responsible for product design, systems analysis and programming activities, which may require extensive independent research, as well as release testing and beta & ongoing support. You will need to act at a senior level and great autonomy with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have 5+ years of in-depth SAP HR ABAP Experience
- Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills is required in order to be effective when collaborating with customers and team members
- Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support
- Proficient in SAP Development environment including OO ABAP, Reporting, Interfaces, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, ALV, Performance Tuning.
- BS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of HR configuration or experience in functional role
- Experience with BSP, Web Dynpro for ABAP, ALE and IDocs, Netweaver XI, J2EE.
- Expreience with SAP ECC 6.0
- Experience leading and managing small modules and teams in at least 2 end to end SAP implementations
- Ability to mentor other developers on the team
EDUCATION:
BS or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
