Dallas-based SAP consultancy firm advances it’s leadership position in
the E-Recruiting market by bringing BWXT Y-12 live
Aspire HR, the leader in SAP E- Recruiting implementations, today
announced bringing BWXT Y-12 live with E-Recruiting 3.0 featuring Webdynpro.
Like many corporations in the US, BXWT Y12 has an aging workforce. In
order to meet future demands, Y12 needed to recruit a younger workforce
with a particular focus on college graduates. Additionally, Y12 needed
a streamlined process that would allow them to process candidates with
less manual interaction, paper forms, and data entry duplication. Y12
justified the implementation of SAP E-Recruiting through the labor cost

The anticipated return on investment for Y12 is significant. “We
estimate that we will save about $225 thousand dollars a year with efficiency

expedited manager collaboration process and an increase in the number of
