Resume Mirror Announces Partnership with Aspire HR
Leading SAP HR consulting firm to sell and implement Enterprise
Applicant Manager for SAP e-Recruiting
Resume Mirror, developers of leading-edge recruiting technology
components, today announced a partnership with Aspire HR Inc, the leading
provider of component software for SAP HR/Payroll modules, also providing
implementation and integration services for these modules. Under the
partnership, Aspire HR will o-market, sell and implement Resume Mirror’s
Enterprise Applicant Manager™ (EAM™) for SAP e-Recruiting to their
extensive base of SAP clients and to new customers worldwide.
Aspire HR developed the interface between Resume Mirror’s EAM and the
SAP e-Recruiting module. The EAM add-on module delivers comprehensive
applicant management capabilities and provides e-Recruiting clients with
enhanced applicant processing and workflow capabilities to
automatically process, manage and respond to on-line registration and applicant
submissions through the e-Recruiting career portal. The module also
includes Resume Mirror’s plug-in for Microsoft® Outlook® which allows resumes
received via email to be parsed and automatically entered into the SAP
E-Recruiting candidate database. This additional functionality
significantly reduces recruiter workloads, simplifies on-line applicant
submission processes, dramatically cuts outsourced resume and application
processing costs and accelerates time to hire for SAP users.
