Aspire HR Offers First Bundled SAP HR Solution for Small/Medium Businesses

Dallas-based firm brings SAP HR into reach for small/medium businesses at nearly a third the cost with HCM LaunchSuite™

Aspire HR, Inc. announced today the release HCM LaunchSuite™, the first bundled mySAP HCM solution designed exclusively for the small and medium business (SMB) market. HCM LaunchSuite™ removes the risk and complexities that typically prevent all but the largest of companies from implementing mySAP HCM, as well as reduces the price of these implementations by nearly two-thirds.

The packaged approach of HCM LaunchSuite™ is a radical departure from the status quo which involves heavy client-by-client customizations to the SAP standard solution. The client benefits of the packaged solution are clear: provide everything needed to run the business with best-practice processes, maximize client return on investment, and reduce the need for costly modifications.

SAP has identified the SMB market as a key strategic focus for growth of their user base and the release of HCM LaunchSuite™ positions Aspire HR as the preferred provider of SAP HR implementations to SMB clients.

“While the SMB market is the biggest potential customer base for new SAP implementations, these organizations have special buying requirements,” said Joeseph Hillesheim, Partner of Aspire HR. “Small and medium firms are unable to shoulder the risks associated with traditional SAP implementations. Additionally, these smaller enterprises require a faster return on investment on their IT expenditures.”

HCM LaunchSuite™ also keeps SMB clients from biting off more than they can chew in their SAP HR implementation. “Packaging core SAP HR functionality into this bundle has provided a real incentive for mySAP HCM clients to avoid risky customizations,” said Mr. Hillesheim. “When clients are given a blank slate to re-invent the wheel at each implementation it is time-consumptive and costly for the both client and the implementation partner.”

The HCM LaunchSuite™ solution provides essential HR functionality for SMB clients including: managing HR master data, integrated whole-enterprise solution, security and SOX compliance with separation of duties, organizational hierarchy mapping and reporting, ADP payroll interface, integrated employee time entry, and 50 key business reports.

Aspire HR notes that the HCM LaunchSuite™ solution is not for every business. “Businesses that are heavily unionized and businesses that are inflexible in their processes are not the best fit for the HCM LaunchSuite™ solution,” said Mr. Hillesheim. “Most small and medium enterprises, however, would be wise to strongly consider this alternative when moving to mySAP HCM.”
