AspireHR’s TalentScout Resume Parsing Achieves SAP® Certified Integration Status

Dallas, TX (March 25, 2008) – AspireHR, an SAP® services partner and a leading implementer of the SAP E-Recruiting application, announced today that its TalentScout Resume Parsing 6.0 has achieved SAP Certified Integration status for use with the SAP E-Recruiting Resume Parsing 603 application. Customers using SAP E-Recruiting Resume Parsing can now seamlessly integrate TalentScout Resume Parsing 6.0 via the SAP NetWeaver® Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) 3.0 to exchange critical data with instances of the SAP Business Suite. Candidates can now use resume parsing technology to dramatically speed up the process of completing a job application or creating their candidate file.

TalentScout Resume Parsing provides a form of artificial intelligence whereby a computer application is programmed to read, understand and capture the information in a resume as a human would. This captured information is used to complete the candidate’s contract details, work experience, education and qualifications so the candidate doesn’t need to rekey their information from their resume into the SAP E-Recruiting application. This capability offers tremendous advantages to both candidates and customers. Candidates are able to automatically complete online recruiting applications with minimal effort. Customers gain the benefits of increased applicant flow, reduced processing time, and the ability to perform powerful searches and matching using more complete candidate profile data.
